about

The title track 1997 pays tribute to the labels development in the mid 90s >>> It was the beginning of
a radical aesthetic which lead to inadaptability and inevitable musical isolation. 1997 is an
uncompromising merciless beast…
Bass! How long can you go on the other hand resumes an approach that was started with tracks like
Wildpitch, I think I loved you in 2014>>> percussive hostility paired with functionality: A depraved
variation of an imaginative NY Wild Pitch Sound.
Cryinggodz is part of kareems current live set and has been rearranged to fit in a release
format. The main motive is a dissonant siren like chant that shifts into a state of sheer black
despair.
